Payment Policy

Payment Policy for JERO

1. Subscription Payments & Terms

  • Users are required to pay subscription fees based on the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
  • Payments must be made in advance to activate the subscription.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • The entire system operates on a coins-based credit model. Coins are deducted based on the activities performed within the platform.
  • Operational Coins: Used exclusively for managing Users, Candidates, and Jobs. Any activity related to these areas will deduct coins from the operational balance.
  • Sales Coins: Dedicated to acquiring and managing clients, whether new or existing, based on job profiles.
  • Both Operational Coins and Sales Coins function independently and are not interchangeable. Activities in one category will not impact the coin balance of the other.
  • Additional coins for both Operational and Sales categories can be purchased once the existing balance is depleted.
  • Coins remaining at the end of a subscription period will not carry forward to the next subscription.

2. Marketplace Transactions

  • Payments for transactions within the marketplace must be processed through the designated payment gateway.
  • The service provider or vendor receives payments after a specified clearance period as stated in the platform terms.
  • The platform may charge a transaction fee or commission, which will be deducted before disbursing payments to vendors.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refunds for subscription payments are subject to the refund policy, which varies based on the subscription type and duration of use.
  • Marketplace transactions are not refundable unless explicitly agreed upon by the vendor and buyer or as per applicable laws.
  • Users can cancel subscriptions at any time, but refunds for unused periods are not guaranteed unless stated in the refund policy.

4. Late Payments

  • Late subscription payments may incur a penalty or interest charge as per the terms mentioned in the invoice.
  • Marketplace payouts to vendors may be delayed if payment discrepancies arise from buyer disputes or chargebacks.

5. Taxes and Charges

  • All payments are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly mentioned.
  • Users are responsible for paying any additional charges or taxes as required by local laws.

6. Payment Methods

  • Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, wire transfers, or other options available on the platform.
  • Users must ensure payment details are accurate and updated to avoid interruptions in service.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

  • Users must contact customer support to resolve payment disputes before initiating chargebacks.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension and recovery of owed amounts through legal action.

8. Modifications to Payment Terms

  • The platform reserves the right to update or modify the payment terms with prior notice to users.
  • Continued use of the services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

9. Security and Privacy

  • The platform ensures payment data is processed securely and complies with industry standards.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their payment information.

10. Termination for Non-Payment

  • The platform reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to services for non-payment.
  • Vendors on the marketplace may be delisted for failing to adhere to payment-related obligations.
